30-day returns
You may return most unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
- Items must be unworn/unused with tags attached where applicable.
- Final-sale, intimate apparel, and personalized items may be excluded.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong or defective item.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
